How long does a typical training engagement take?
A standard curriculum development and delivery cycle runs 4–8 weeks, depending on scope. For CIDPRO exam prep specifically, we can run a focused 2-week program. Train-the-trainer engagements are typically 3–4 weeks.
Do you offer ongoing training or just one-time delivery?
Both. We offer one-time intensive programs and retainer-based ongoing enablement for teams that are continuously onboarding new members. Many clients use a train-the-trainer model where we upskill their internal champions.
What's the difference between your training and vendor-provided training?
Vendor training covers the platform. DVLY training covers your use of the platform — including the integration patterns, edge cases, and operational decisions that vendor courses don't address. We also cover multi-platform environments and migration scenarios.
